Sneak Peek: CES 2003

Just like that Euro you're driving, Las Vegas is fast, loud and almost out of control! And when you boil it all down, what more could you want out of life? Here's something to consider, how about Las Vegas and all of the coolest, newest and most innovative mobile audio products around, all in one convenient location? Yep, you guessed right. It's the Consumer Electronics Show for 2003! Think of CES as the biggest, most expansive electronics store in the whole wide world ... except you cant purchase anything ... yet.

If you have never been to the Consumer Electronics Show (CES, as it's known to the industry), it's a Mecca of all things electronic ... and we mean ALL things. Looking for the latest in mobile audio technology? It's there. How about satellite radio? They had two huge booths, no waiting. How about gargantuan, high-definition plasma televisions? More than you could shake a stick at. What about beautiful women who are constantly trying to get your attention and drag you into their booth to show off their new products? Oh please, this IS Las Vegas, you know.

As far as mobile audio goes, all of the major players were in attendance. Rockford Fosgate was in full effect with their new subs amps and accessories. The bad boys from Bazooka made it out with their new P. Miller series amps and subs, and had Master P in the booth doing a meet and greet with all the fans, and Kicker debuted a huge 18" square subwoofer. Our pals from IconTV had their new 15" plasma screen on display, and always had a big crowd in their booth.

We could on and on, but rather than bore you with detail, take a sneak peek at some of the stuff you'll be seeing in an upcoming issue of Lowrider Euro Magazine.
