When Nick Goloskie of Azusa, California, first began working on his '97 Honda Prelude, the car was to go under the scalpel almost as many times as Michael Jackson. Okay, maybe not that many times, but consider this: the car went through fours sets of wheels, two paint jobs and a total of three body kits before Nick finally settled on the winning combination that you see gracing these pages.

Ultimate Image in Covina performed the wild system found in this Prelude. Under the direction of Scott, the system received an arsenal of components, which are all navigated by an Alpine head unit complete with an Alpine subwoofer processor. All stock speakers were removed and replaced with Planet Audio 6.5-inch speakers and three Planet Audio subwoofers. The speakers are powered by two Planet Audio amplifiers, which put out 500 watts each, while the "extra juice" for those heavy bass hits is supplied by the 1-farad Harrison capacitor which was added in addition to the yellow Optima battery located in the trunk.

19x7 Racing Hart M5 (multi-piece) wheels with P215/35-ZR19 Pirelli P700 tires.
Paint and Body Mods:
The body features a unique look, which is due in part to the six-piece Black Widow body kit that was designed by Ground Designs 2000. The kit sports an aggressive front hood, which has two sculpted air ducts that is reminiscent of the muscle car era, while the wrap-around wing on the trunk helps to refine the new-age look of this smooth ride. The bodywork sports shaved door handles and Acura NSX side vents that give the car a more ominous and unique shape. Jin Hwang from J&S Xtreme Auto Body in Covina, California, performed all of the bodywork and it was under his guidance that the car was painted cyber green.
Interior:
The white vinyl and purple carpet combo throws a twist into the interior and makes way for a cabin which is most suitable for the "Joker." The clean white vinyl can also be found in the trunk as it makes its way onto the outer extremities of the custom woofer and amp rack. All upholstery was performed by Car Craft Custom Interiors of Torrance, California. On the dashboard you'll find an Autometer tach and oil pressure gauge along with AC Indiglo gauges. To help maneuver the car with more precision and style, a set of AC Autotechnic race pedals and matching shift knob and e-brake handle were added.

Performance:
This Prelude is driven by a 2.2-liter powerplant that has been enhanced with the addition of lots of chrome goodies from AC Autotechnic, along with a pair of dual carbon fiber mufflers from AC Mufflers. The exhaust adds a sporty tone to the vehicle while also enhancing the overall look of the car with the raced-out canisters. Further modifications include a Crane external coil and ignition amplifier, as well as an AC Autotechnic carbon fiber intake.
