While we were at the SEMA show this year, we noticed a few high-profile SUVs. One of these that caught our attention was the new 2004 Cadillac Escalade ESV. The ESV is classy and luxurious; not too much can be done to it without ruining the vehicle. Diko Sulahian of Santa Fe Springs, California, and the owner of Giovanna Wheels, showed us with this luxury cruiser what can be done in the way of customization without going overboard.
After Diko acquired the 2004 model, he handed it off to his build crew, who handle all of his vehicles. Diko's dudes started in the engine compartment. Once the SUV was test driven for road worthiness, it was lowered a touch. When you own a wheel company, it's easy to make a set of wheels that you like, or, in this case, two different sets. Diko's team made a few upgrades to the already loaded luxury SUV, including a suede headliner and top of the line video system. Once the SUV was fully modified it was ready for the boulevard. Diko's ESV is a luxury SUV that has everything that anyone could ever want: audio/video, "baller" wheels and performance add-ons. The Giovanna Escalade is perfect for any road trip that you might desire.
